The site collects nothing about you

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from outside servers. Even the typefaces come from our own server rather than a font service. Browsing the site therefore passes nothing about you to a third party.

Our server keeps technical logs, such as the IP address and the address requested, so the service stays running and abuse can be spotted. These logs are not linked to a person and are not used for marketing.

When you get in touch

The form on the site opens a message in your own email program — it sends nothing through this site and stores nothing here. Once your message reaches us, we handle what you put in it: your name, your email address, and whatever you write.

The basis for handling it is answering your enquiry and preparing a possible agreement. We keep messages for as long as dealing with the matter requires, and customer records for as long as accounting law requires. We do not sell or pass data on for marketing.

Who else may see it

Email is carried by our email provider, and the sites run on our own server in Europe. There are no other recipients.

Your rights

You may ask to see the data we hold about you, have incorrect data corrected, and have data deleted where the law does not require us to keep it. Write to hello@nicer.site. If you believe we are handling your data wrongly, you can raise it with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
